"I had an amazing experience with Fernando at State Farm. He went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected issue with my car battery. Not only did he provide quick and professional service, but he genuinely took the time to ensure everything was taken care of and I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate his dedication and customer-first attitude. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quote because he got me a good price and also didn’t have to come all the way here to make sure that my car turned on but he made sure and went above and beyond and provided me service that road side assistance couldn’t at the moment for whatever reason . "WHY DID MY REVIEW GET ERASED ? CHRIS IS A LIAR. DONT TELL ME I OWE YOU 600.00 AND I HAD THE INSURANCE FOR A VERY SHORT TIME. A MONTH OR SO AND I PAID WHAT THE FEMALE TOLD ME TO PAY. HE SPLIT UP THE BILL BETWEEN 3 PEOPLE . TOLD ME I OWE THE MOST. I WAS TOLD THATS THE WAY STATE FARM DOES IT. MATH IS THE SAME . MAD BECAUSE I WONT LET HIM RIP ME OFF. HE HUNG UP OVER WORDS. HE SAYS I OWE HIM BUT DIDNT TELL ME. TOLD MY WIFE.SINCE HE WONT ANSWER MY CALLS. I HAVE SOMEONE HE HAS NO CHOICE TO TALK TO AT ALL. WE WILL COME THERE IN PERSON. "Chris and his staff are awesome! We have been wirh State Farm for over 20 years and it was time to review our policies. "My car was totaled earlier this year. State Farm renewed the policy on my totaled car and removed my husband's car instead. It took SIX months and constant phone calls to finally have this fixed! The entire experience of dealing with post-accident details through State Farm was an absolute nightmare. Communication was terrible, numbers were lowballed, and so many mistakes were made. Needless to say, all policies tied to State Farm have been cancelled. Even after cancellation, we continued to be charged, again due to an "oversight" on their part. This is by far the worst agency and it was such a mistake to have chosen them. Please consider other companies so you can avoid the same headaches we endured working with them."

"I first found this office when I was dealing with my dad’s estate. They helped me cancel the insurance, then contacted me months later to tell me there was an overage. Chris and Daphne handled this for me and I was so appreciative. I was so pleased with the customer service, that when I was ready to switch car insurance companies they were my first call. Since then, any time I need to contact them they are always able to help or answer any questions. Thank you Daphne, Chris, and Oscar!"

"I HIGHLY recommend Chris as your StateFarm agent! He gets back to you asap, answer any and all questions (even when they seem silly), and is just always there to help. I have had him as my agent for a number of years now, primarily from my early 20s to present, and every time I may have not understood something or the logistics of how to accomplish certain things, Chris was ready to answer everything in detail and explain it in a way that makes sense! I couldn’t recommend him more!!"

"I was recommended by my friend Oscar, was warmed welcomed by the team yesterday for my first time. I was helped by Fernando, I loved how he was helping with what I need, want and budget wise. I was there for a while and he went into detail with the life policies, he broke down the prices the difference in values and more. I truly appreciated that. It helped me understand it a lot, the values, and meanings of the different policies what it can do for me and my family. My experience was very good and I definitely will be going back. I definitely recommended them to anyone looking for help with anything at all."

"I would definitely reccomend speaking with Fernando. He was very professional and so patient with me on helping me decide which coverage works best for me. I never had an agent break everything down to me so I can understand exactly what I am paying for. I called around a few other places and I felt so rushed and was hard in understanding what I'm getting back. I switched over to state farm and even saved money ! Thank you !!"

"I highly recommend this branch for all you insurance needs. I recently switched to State Farm from Esurance and GEICO, who I had for years for car and renters insurance. You get the benefits of speaking with real people not just online or app support. Fernando assisted me and he was very quick to respond to my inquiries, was so personable, informative and professional. I’ll be referring a few friends and family his way because I know they’ll be taken care of. I’m also saving money which is an added bonus! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
