"My car was totaled earlier this year. State Farm renewed the policy on my totaled car and removed my husband's car instead. It took SIX months and constant phone calls to finally have this fixed! The entire experience of dealing with post-accident details through State Farm was an absolute nightmare. Communication was terrible, numbers were lowballed, and so many mistakes were made. Needless to say, all policies tied to State Farm have been cancelled. Even after cancellation, we continued to be charged, again due to an "oversight" on their part. This is by far the worst agency and it was such a mistake to have chosen them. Please consider other companies so you can avoid the same headaches we endured working with them."

"I first found this office when I was dealing with my dad’s estate. They helped me cancel the insurance, then contacted me months later to tell me there was an overage. Chris and Daphne handled this for me and I was so appreciative. I was so pleased with the customer service, that when I was ready to switch car insurance companies they were my first call. Since then, any time I need to contact them they are always able to help or answer any questions. Thank you Daphne, Chris, and Oscar!"

"PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR STATE FARM BILL[S]. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY TRYING TO HAVE ME PAY MORE THAN WHAT I OWE. THEY TOLD MY WIFE ONE PRICE AND TOLD ME SOMETHING MORE. ALL OF A SUDDEN DAPHNE SAID SHE DOESNT HAVE THE INFO IN HER SYSTEM I ASKED FOR BUT SHE CAN TELL ME AN AMOUNT. OSCAR WANTS 287.00 ALTHOUGH I PAID 190.00 ALREADY OF THE AMOUNT OWED. 100.00 TOWARD 290.00 90.00 FOR 15 OR 16 DAYS OF INSURANCE. WHICH TOTALS 5.75 A DAY ON A CLOSE ESTIMATE. WHERE IS THE EXTRA 100 AND SOMETHING DOLLARS COMING FROM. THEY TOLD ME BILLING. I NEED A CRITICAL BREAKDOWN. NOT WORD OF MOUTH. YOU KNOW A DAMN RECEIPT. THE AMOUNT IS BEING DOCTORED BY ONE OF THEM. THIS CONVERSATION WAS HAD LAST WEEK. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK THIS WEEK. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME. NOT ONE ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO CALL. NUMBERS DONT CHANGE WITH MATH. THEY SEEM TO THINK THAT THEY DO. I DONT WANT A BOGUS PRETEXT MESSAGE REPLY TO MAKE YOURSELVES LOOK GOOD. I WANT A BILLING RECEIPT AND CALL FROM SOMEONE THAT CAN EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. I JOINED STATE FARM AND THEY BEEN TRYING TO GET OVER EVER SINCE. ITS A SHAME. I HAD TO LEAVE THEM. CHRIS SENSITIVE AS EVER AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He said the the 190. was split between 3 vehicles which is a damn lie. My wife paid her original 190. A month Tis is simple math. They refuse to tell me how the price was calculated. They blame billing. This not weird it's them trying to pull a fast one but they are so use to doing this that it seems normal. Show some responsible concern. He was really irrate cause he wants me to listen but he doesn't want to listen"

"I was recommended by my friend Oscar, was warmed welcomed by the team yesterday for my first time. I was helped by Fernando, I loved how he was helping with what I need, want and budget wise. I was there for a while and he went into detail with the life policies, he broke down the prices the difference in values and more. I truly appreciated that. "I highly recommend this branch for all you insurance needs. I recently switched to State Farm from Esurance and GEICO, who I had for years for car and renters insurance. You get the benefits of speaking with real people not just online or app support. Fernando assisted me and he was very quick to respond to my inquiries, was so personable, informative and professional.
